  • What is a tincture?
    A tincture is a concentrated herbal extract that is created by steeping herbs in alcohol, water, and vegetable glycerin (depending) for around two months. The alcohol and water extract all of the active compounds and properties from the herbs and we are left with a potent and delicious tincture! Tinctures are convenient and much easier to consume than a solid herb. Because they are liquid, tinctures are also readily asorbed by the body.
  • What are your dosing recommendations?
    Dosing recommendations very per tincture. All dosing recommendations can be found in the directions section underneath every tincture on our website and directly on your tincture bottles.
  • Can children take your tinctures?
    We do not recommend our tinctures for children and those under the age of 16.
  • Do I need to refrigerate my tinctures?
    No, refrigeration is not necessary. For best use, we suggest your tinctures be stored in a cool, dark place, like a kitchen cabinet!
  • Will your smokes show up on a drug test?
    No! Our herbal smokes are CBD and THC free! They are created with 100% organic and naturally grown herbs and they will not show up on any drug test.
  • What are your shipping rates and times?
    We offer a flat rate shipping with USPS of $6.00 throughout the US. Free shipping on orders over $100. International rates vary and are applied at check out. Our US standard order processing time is 7 - 12 business days with the addition of USPS delivery times. Our international standard order processing times is 14 - 24 business days. Please allow for complete processing times before inquiring about your order.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We currently ship to Canada and United Kingdom! As we expand so will the countries we ship to. Our international shipping options are • Standard Shipping - takes about 14 - 24 business days to arrive • Priority Shipping - takes about 7 - 10 business days to arrive. Our 7 - 12 day order processing time still applies to international orders. Moss Medicine does not claim responsibility after proof of shipment. Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes.
  • Will I receive tracking information?
    All shipments include tracking that will be emailed to you as soon as your packaged is shipped. If more than 12 business days have passed and you haven't received tracking please email us at:
  • Can I update my shipping address?
    Yes! Please email us within a few hours of placing your order with change requests. Please double check and review your shipping address for accuracy (including apartment numbers).

  • Can I return my items?
    Due to the nature of our offerings we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
  • My order has been returned to sender. Help!
    Your order has likely been returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address. We are happy to reship your package to you. However, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us at with subject "Returned Package" for help with your order.
  • What happens if my package is lost/stolen?
    Lost Packages: If your package shows no activity for more than 15 days please email us at: and we will file a claim with USPS. This is the standard filing period via USPS. Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please allow 10 business days for it to arrive. Typically USPS marks packages as delivered before they fully arrive.
