Take 60 drops up to 3 times daily. Can be taken orally or in 4oz of water. Best taken while fasting or in between light meals. For best results, use for at least 7 consecutive days.
Recommended Fast: No meat/fish/dairy/sugars for the duration of the 7 days. Refrain from grains and fruit for the first 3 days.
Focus on Consuming: Leafy greens, most raw vegetables, mushrooms (not fried), fermented foods, quinoa, amaranth, Ezekiel bread, healthy fats (avocado). Mostly alkaline diet!
